Chiropractic management of older adults with musculoskeletal conditions: a clinical practice guideline
We Need Your Input!
The Clinical Compass is developing a Clinical Practice Guideline on chiropractic management of older adults with musculoskeletal pain. Part of the process is to get public comments to incorporate into the recommendations.
We have just completed an extensive Delphi panel consensus process with 53 chiropractors, physicians, and allied health professionals. This work represents a significant expansion on the 2017 Best Practices for Chiropractic Management of Older Adults. Consensus was achieved on 190 statements; however, public input is still a vital part of the process.
For the sake of transparency, we have included
1) A brief background of the project
2) A summary of the methodology
3) The consensus - and evidence-based recommendations. All the references on which the recommendations are based are included.
We have created forms to facilitate your input (see tabs above).
If you wish to comment, please complete and return by June 13, 2026 to Primary Investigator Dr. Clinton Daniels (research@clinicalcompass.org).
Your responses are anonymous.
Thank you!
